I started my journey to veganism back in 2012 shortly after giving birth to my son.  Over the years, my love of food has evolved to become a passion for holistic health and well-being.  I have healed myself of eczema, acne, and so much more by changing what I eat.  My cookbook is the product of many hours in the kitchen and behind the camera. I am thrilled to bring my love for health and vitality to your kitchen as I share the healing powers of food.
